Commish just put the full amount against me. Put an adjustment line of -$500 for hostile in the waivers and we're all good. As the Commish doesn't want to show a zero in the contract year. The minimum $500,000 is fine. Just under waiver add an entry called ADJUSTMENT at -$500,000. Which cancels out that $500,000 shown as salary.

I'm parsing words from the Commish, but given that he wants HT to keep the benefit of the 11.5 even if he subsequently trades ibaka, isn't the right move to list Ibaka with a contract for 11.5 and then give HT an ADJUSTMENT of 11.5 in the "waived players" section?

Effectively Ibaka is now on a subsidised contract.
If he trades Ibaka, he is trading away that contract.
I will keep paying this year's salary regardless of who owns Ibaka.

Sorry guys I’ve had limited access the last few days,
Will work it out so Conley and ibaka deals can be processed as agreed.
However no more 100% payouts
