Will be putting out an update to the rules that covers this (and the other things we voted on) in the next few days, but basically yes will keep $$ for a while..
The vote was basically 50/50 between keeping the prize money or punishing tanking, so figured best thing to do was to keep the existing rule in place and review it again after a few seasons to see what affect it is having on the league.
