Contract yearly values rounded up or down to next 500,000.
For example instead of
Year 1: 12,376 allow 12,000 or 12,500
Year 2: 10,926 allow 11,000 or 10,500
Year 3: 9,625 allow 10,000 or 9,500
Just makes it easier to work with without needing a calculator.
Thoughts?

Still around 15%, but with a bit of leeway up or down to the next 500,000. Values above in millions.

I agree. I structured Joe Harris' contract at 1.5, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0 and I am nervous I may get kicked back as it is more than 15% per year change. I would greatly prefer what I submitted to the 15% with uneven numbers...

I think we said for contract where the 15% was less the 500k you could do 500k raises/decreases
