Looks like the nomination for Turner was about an hour after the deadline..
I know we have been fairly strict with these types of thing is the past (Westbrooke and Markinin come to mind) but here is the problem I have..
Turner is quite high on my free agent target list so it is clearly in my best interests to declare him a FA today and then start bidding on him tomorrow.. which is the type of behaviour I've taken exception with when other commissioners have done similar in the past. Flip side would be to allow the RFA nomination to stand, but I don't think this would be fair to others that have missed deadlines in the past.
So I'm thinking I might open this one up to the league to see what others think the best course of action would be..

I think that declaring your interest in him is more than enough (and not even that necessary).
It was clear the nomination was after the cut off be it an hour, a day or a week.
Can't see how he can play dumb saying its still the 28th where he is and then start bidding on free agents even tho free agency starts on the 29th.
Black and white issue in my view, Myles Turner is an UFA.

I haven't bid on any free agents! My apologies, I thought you had. Doesn’t change the fact you were late in nominating you RFA. We have had enough time and no one else was late in nominating theirs.
