Prob true that 15 percent clause is too hard without a spreadsheet with a formula to round down to the closest 500k increment.

So is the 15% raise rule actually in effect? Cause it seems like you can't have that plus the $500k moves. What are the rules about some years giving players raises and other times not doing so?

It seems logical to allow 500k increases in the event that it is more than 15%.
