Like your humor coach.
Is it 3.5M over 3 years and 5M for 4th year? Doesn't meet the 15% max increase from year to year allowed.

You're no fun Tom. Alright. I'll start at $3m with 15% increases over 3yrs, with a $5.75m 4th yr PLAYER option.
Tom can decide on the 4th yr when it comes!

Don't be lazy Tom do the Math. But it beats 3.5 over 4yrs.
Did you mean per year $14 over 4yrs?

Ok. That looks like that 4th year player option can only be $4,562,625.
Which brings my total to $14,980,125 plus $2 million in incentives.
He also has the player option. So he can become a free agent in his prime.
Your going to need at least $4m per for 4yrs to beat it Tom.

For different yearly amounts you need to post your per year offer and it can only be a number that is an increment of $500k
Example
Year 1 @ 2M Year 2 @ 2.3M Year 3 @ 2.5M Year 4 @ 3M Total 9.8M

By that logic yr 2 in your example isn't valid.
